Marc van Eck

Marc is the Chairman of the SA Club. He is a founding member. (The SA Club was founded in 1994). Originally from Cape Town. Studied at UCT. Been in Holland since 1992 (for what was originally intended to be a 2 year stint !). Works for the leasing division of a large French bank. Happily married to Anne-Marie. Has 2 young boys, aged 10 and 8.

Anne-Marie van Eck

Anne-Marie is the Treasurer of the SA Club. She is also a founding member. Originally from Port Elizabeth, studied briefly at UPE before immigrating to Holland. Been in Holland since 1988. Works as a Medical Analyst in a hospital in Amsterdam. Happily married to Marc. Has 2 young boys, aged 10 and 8.

Mark (aka Andrew) Spring

Mark joined the club back in 1999, during the years that followed he took over the technical side of the website. Also a determined camper, Mark is responsible, together with Marc van Eck for organizing the club's Camping Weekends, Braai's and other outdoor activities. Mark works for a large computer rental company based in Almere and can often be found photographing aircraft or chasing them around Europe with his son of 15.

Ellen-Marie Hook

Ellen-Marie is the Secretary of the SA Club. Although a born and bred Johannesburger, Ellen-Marie lived in Pretoria during and just after completing her studies for a few years. In April 2007, Ellen-Marie transferred with her company to Holland, where she works as a Flavourist. Ellen-Marie loves to socialise and meet new people.
